We can provide a service to small businesses either on an “add hoc” basis calling out to carry out repairs and servicing of Single PC’s or Networks as and when the needs arise, or a regular agreement to call periodically to carry out Network Administration and Preventative Maintenance , its like having your own IT Support Manager just a phone call away
OnSite Repairs
Our main activity is the Repair, Upgrade and Sales of Pc’s and Peripherals. Windows XP, 7 and 8 Operating Systems (we have been around long enough to deal with DOS (all Versions) Windows 3.0, 3.1,3.11 Win 95, 98, ME, 2000). All Office Suites, Backup Software, Anti Virus-Spyware-AddWare-FireWalls, Drawing Photo and CAD, E-mail and Contact Manager, With Workshops carrying a large stock of spares, enabling us to have a quick turnaround on Computer Repairs, Upgrades and System Builds. We pride ourselves on the Standard of our repair service and on the Quality of new Machines built on premises carrying the “BMC” Brand Name and Logo.
Networks
We specialize in the Smaller Networks. From a couple of machines in the office sharing documents and a printer, to Windows Server and a couple of dozen workstations with centralized Data Store, Backup, Printing, E-mail and Internet. Ad-Hoc repairs and upgrades, We are happy to call out as and when your System Fails and lets you down, Normal problems would expect same or next day call out Urgent and Emergency calls would be treated as priority and we would endeavor to get an engineer with you as soon as possible BroadBand installations/Repairs Virus Removal/Cleanup Data Recovery
